C.G. Tech is a custom manufacturing source for:
- PRECISION MACHINED PROTOTYPE AND PRODUCTION PARTS utilizing CAD/CAM 3D generated CNC Milling, Drilling, and Turning.
- CUSTOM SHEET METAL FABRICATION utilizing CAD/CAM 3D generated CNC punching and forming with welding, fastening and finishing capacity for precision prototype and production parts.
QUALITY CONTROL
C.G. Tech's quality control department assures a zero defect product utilizing the latest equipment and procedures in quality inspection and testing. C.G. Tech's temperature controlled quality control room is equipped with a CORDAX 1808 Coordinate Measuring Machine and a complete inventory of precision inspection and testing equipment to satisfy all quality requirements.
ENGINEERING
C.G. Tech personnel are qualified and available to provide engineering design support for our customers. Our engineers, programmers and operators are available for technical assistance during development, or production of all precision manufactured parts. C.G. Tech CNC programmers employ Solid Works, Tek-Soft Pro CAD/CAM design and manufacturing software with computer aided 2D and 3D technology.

WELDING
C.G. Tech employs a full time welding department with certified Heli-Arc TIG and MIG welding, capabilities for all aluminum, titanium, stainless steel or special alloy requirements. C.G. Tech is also equipped with a 150 kVa Spotwelder for all customer spot welding requirements.
DELIVERY
C.G. Tech provides on time delivery every time, with terms to suit any project or customer needs. C.G. Tech has the flexibility to meet all types of delivery, terms including, Specified Window Delivery, Just In Time Delivery or Split Delivery. We can also provide an Inventory Service if required.
